Damaged/Defective Products
- At Cafe Philebus, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we're here to help. You can choose between a free replacement or a refund.
- Please report any issues to support@cafephilebus.com within 14 days of receiving your product. To ensure a quick resolution, please include a photo of the defective or damaged item along with the order information.
Returns and Exchanges
- Because our products are printed and shipped only upon order, we do not support general returns or exchanges
- However, if an order goes missing in transit due to an incorrect address provided, you are eligible for a refund for the product price alone, excluding any shipping or additional charges which may have been applied.
